摘  要:实践育人是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是实践与育人的有机整合,是推动和形成全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的主要途径。长沙师范学院艺术设计类专业围绕“思想引领、文化滋养、艺术熏陶”,以“践行社会主义核心价值观,传承和弘扬特立精神,滋养大学生成长成才”为主线,将青年担当、专业学习和创新创业实践有机融合,初步探索出“一二二三四五”的实践育人路径,有利于促进学生综合实践能力的提升和学生的全面成长成才。Practicing education,which organically integrates practice and education,serves as an important part of talent cultivation in universities and provides a primary approach to promote comprehensive education throughout all-staff,all-round and whole-process.The major of Arts and Design in Changsha Normal University focuses on"ideological guidance,cultural nourishment,and artistic influence",taking"practicing socialist core values,inheriting and promoting distinctive spirit,nurturing students'growth and success"as the main theme.Through the organic integration of youth responsibilities,professional learning,and innovative entrepreneurial practices,a particular path of practicing education has been made,which contributes to enhancing students'comprehensive practical abilities and promoting their overall growth and success.
