摘 要:社会力量参与老年教育能有效解决老年教育供给不充分问题。民办培训机构参与老年教育既可以发挥其数量规模大、社会辐射面广、资源储备丰富与宣传模式成熟的优势,又可以把握当前社会老龄化加剧、老年教育供给不足、政策鼓励社会力量参与以及鼓励企业举办老年教育示范项目的发展机遇,但这些机构需采取措施来弥补自身运营思维不适切、场地适老性不强、专业团队建设不足与机构品质良莠不齐的劣势,积极应对当前老年人终身学习意识待提升、机构营利与公益追求待抉择、老年教育“内涵式发展”待推进和规范性制度体系待完善的现实威胁。The participation of social forces in elderly education can effectively solve the problem of insufficient supply of elderly education.The participation of private training institutions,can not only give full play to their advantages in quantity scale,social radi-ation,resources reserve and publicity mode,but also grasp the development opportunities,such as the current intensification of social aging,insufficient suply of education for the elderly,policy incentives for social forces to participate and the encouragement of the demonstration of enterprises offering elderly education.However,it is necessary to adopt some strategies to make up for the disadvanta-ges,such as inappropriate operational thinking,weak adaptability of the site for the elderly,inadequate professional teams and uneven quality of institutions.It is necessary to actively respond to the realistic threats that the current awareness of lifelong learning of the elderly needs to be improved,the pursuit of institutional profits and public welfare needs to be chosen,the"connotative development"of elderly education needs to be promoted,and the normative system needs to be improved.
