摘　　要：对“1+X”证书制度下《建筑施工组织与管理》课程进行课程思政实践研究,分析课程思政现状,提出工程造价专业课程《建筑施工组织与管理》思政教学设计理念,将课程思政融入专业知识、专业技能及“1+X”(BIM)职业技能等级证书中。最后,给出该课程在思政设计、教学内容、教学方法、教学考核评价及“1+X”职业技能等级证书考核全过程与思政教育相融合的实践研究方案,从而实现人才培养中技能目标和思政目标的双向融通。This paper studies the ideological and political practice of the course Building Construction Organization and Management under the 1+X certificate system,analyzes the current ideological and political situation of the course,puts forward the ideological and political teaching design concept of this engineering cost professional course,and integrates the ideological and political elements into the professional knowledge,professional skills and 1+X(BIM)vocational skill level certificate.Finally,a practical research plan is proposed to integrate the ideological and political education in the course’s ideological and political design,teaching content,teaching method,teaching assessment and 1+X vocational skill level certificate assessment process,so as to realize the two-way integration of skill goals and ideological and political goals in talent training.
