摘 要:遵循“师生共建”的设计思路,通过文献法和非结构式访谈法,在参考国内知名院校评教指标体系、校内部分教师、督导和学生意见的基础上,形成了包括6个维度36个指标的初始评教指标体系。选取155个学生,采用再测信度法和因子分析进行信度和效度检验,发现70.3%的调查对象评教信度较高,指标体系效度较好。为了实现指标体系的精简,以因子负载为基础,对部分指标删减合并,获得了一套包括“教学准备”“授课水平”“课堂互动”“课下交流”“仪容仪表”和“公平公正”等6个维度和15个指标的高校评教指标体系,并采用Z分数法对评教结果的可比性进行了提升。Based on the view of teacher-student cooperation,this research built a teaching evaluation index system using documentary study and unstructured interview.Referring to the experience from other famous universities in China,and the opinions of teachers,supervisors,and students in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology,this index system includes 6 dimensions and 36 items.A retest reliability method and a factor analysis were used respectively to test the reliability and the validity of the index system according to the answers of 155 students.70.3% of them showed relatively high reliability,and the validity of the index system was relatively high.To simplify the system,some indicators were deleted and merged based on factor loadings,and a final index system was built with 6 dimensions and 15 items including teaching prepare,teaching ability,interacting,communication after class,appearance and equality.A Z score was used to improve the comparability of the system.
