中国高校物流类虚拟教研室建设路径探析

摘  要:虚拟教研室是“智能+”时代教学学术研究与教学实践的主要载体,承担着教育创新与人才培养的重任,是现代信息技术发展下的新型基层教学组织,对于构筑高等教育的教学学术共同体具有重要意义。结合物流专业,从教师培养、教学研究、资源建设等三个层面提出虚拟教研室的建设目标;设计了虚拟教研室的建设路径,核心是构筑“定位准确、特色鲜明、立德树人、‘四个自信’”的教师教学发展共同体,发挥虚拟教研室教育创新策源地和教育品质产出链链长的作用。Virtual teaching and research section is the main carrier of teaching academic research and teaching practice in the“intelligent+”era.It undertakes the important task of education innovation and talent training.It is a new basic teaching organization under the development of modern information technology,and has great significance for the construction of teaching and academic community of higher education.Combining with logistics major,this paper proposes the construction objectives of virtual teaching and research office from three aspects:teacher training,teaching research and resource construction.The construction path of the virtual teaching and research section is designed.The core is to build a teacher teaching and development community with“accurate positioning,distinct characteristics,building morality and cultivating talents and four self-confidences”,and to play the role of the source of educational innovation and the long output chain of educational quality of the virtual teaching and research section.
