摘 要:高职院校作为技术技能型人才培养的主阵地,需要培养学生的创新意识和创业能力,协调好创新创业教育与专业教育之间的关系,将创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合,促进学生就业与创业。目前,专创融合在高职院校的人才培养体系中还存在衔接不顺畅、教师队伍数量不足、实践平台建设不完善等现实问题。探索构建“一主线、双目标、多载体”的专创融合培养模式对提升创新型技术技能人才培养质量,促进学生全面发展皆具有实践意义。As the main position of training technical talents,higher vocational colleges need to cultivate students' innovation awareness and entrepreneurial ability,coordinate the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education and organically integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education to promote students' employment and entrepreneurship.At present,some practical problems still remain in the talent training system of higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of smooth connection,the insufficient number of teachers,and the imperfect construction of practice platform.Through exploring and constructing the“one main line,two objectives,and multiple carriers” training mode,this paper has practical significance for improving the quality of innovative technical talent training and promoting the all-round development of students.
