基于OBE高职营销课程改革MBO路径探究

摘  要:基于OBE教育理念的五个内涵,根据高职营销课程以社会需求为导向,注重实践操作的特点,提出营销类课程“581”总体改革思路。通过运用MBO (目标管理)管理方式为“581”思路倡导的课程改革提供方法支撑,实现OBE教育理念倡导的人才培养成果导向输出,确保以成果带动人才培养的有效性,以期满足企业对复合型、创新型人才的需求。Based on the five connotations of OBE education philosophy,and the characteristics of vocational marketing courses guided by social needs and emphasizing practical operations,the overall reform ideas of marketing courses“ 581” are proposed.The MBO(Management by Objective) management method is used to provide methodological support for the course reform advocated by the“ 581” idea.This helps to achieve the results oriented output of talent training advocated by OBE,and ensure the effectiveness of results driven talent training,so as to meet the needs of enterprises for compound and innovative talents.
