谈高职林业院校植物标本室的建设及应用——以辽宁生态工程职业学院为例

摘　　要：植物标本有腊叶植物标本和浸渍植物标本之分。植物标本室是收集、储藏植物标本的特定地点,能够打破时空限制,保存植物信息,对植物教学、植物分类研究、种质资源收集等工作意义重大。辽宁生态工程职业学院为更好地完成植物相关教学工作与教科研项目,建设了森林植物标本室,并以此为依托展开了多项应用。Plant specimens include wax leaf plant specimens and impregnated plant specimens.Herbarium is a special place to collect and store plant specimens,which can break the limitation of time and space and save plant information,and is of great significance for plant teaching,plant classification research and collection of germplasm resources.In order to better complete the teaching and research projects related to plants,Liaoning Vocational College of Ecological Engineering has built a forest herbarium,and carried out a number of applications based on it.
