摘  要:没食子为没食子蜂科(瘿蜂科)昆虫没食子蜂的幼虫寄生于壳斗科植物没食子树幼枝上产生的一种虫瘿。药用历史悠久,具有涩肠、固精、止咳、止血、敛疮之功效,用于久泻久痢、遗精、盗汗、咳嗽、创伤出血、口疮等病症。基于中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)核心理论,从没食子中医药理论中药性和功能主治、现代医学药效和药理作用、化学成分三个方面进行Q-Marker初步预测。通过文献的收集、整合和分析,对没食子Q-Marker的来源进行定位,基于网络药理学对成分进行有效性分析,确定多酚类、酚酸酯类成分中鞣质、没食子酸、鞣花酸、没食子酸甲酯、没食子酸乙酯等化合物可作为没食子的主要Q-Marker,为临床前实验研究建立科学标准的质量控制体系提供参考依据。Quercus Infectoria Galls is a gall from the larvae of Gallapidae insects on the young branches of the gallic tree of the Fagaceae.It has a long history in medicine,with effect in diarrhea prevention,congrolling nocturnal emission,preventing cough and bleeding,and healing sores.It is used for chronic diarrhea,spermatorrhea,night sweat,cough,trauma bleeding,stomatitis and other diseases.Based on the core theory of traditional Chinese medicine quality marker(Q-Marker),Q-Markers were predicted from three aspects:medicinal properties and functional indications,medicinal effect and pharmacological effect of modern medicine,and chemical compositions.Through literature analysis,the source of Q-Markers of gallstones was located,and the effectiveness of components was analyzed by network pharmacology.Compounds such as ellagic acid,gallic acid,ellagic acid,methyl gallate,ethyl gallate and other compounds in the polyphenolic and phenolic acid ester components can be used as the main Q-Markers of Quercus Infectoria Galls,providing references for standard quality control.
