摘 要:目的探究5G智慧教育在临床麻醉教学中的应用可行性,构建具体的教学模式并评价其应用效果。方法选取2021年9—12月南华大学102名临床麻醉医学本科生为研究对象。使用随机数表法将其分为传统教育组和5G教育组,分别接受传统课堂教育和5G智慧教育,每组各51名。比较两组的考核成绩、临床决策能力量化评分、学习能力量化评分及学生满意度评分。结果5G教育组考核成绩、临床决策能力、学习能力及学生满意度各维度评分及总分均高于传统教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5G智慧教育在临床麻醉教学中应用前景广阔,该模式的应用既能提升学生的知识与技能水平,又能为麻醉医生培养范式变革增添动力。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying 5G smart education in clinical anesthesia teaching,construct specific teaching models,and evaluate their application effects.Methods A total of 102 undergraduate clinical anesthesiology students from the University of South China from September to De cember 2021 were selected as the re search subjects.They were divided into a traditional education group and a 5G education group using the random number table method,receiving traditional classroom education and 5G smart education,respectively,with 51 students in each group.The assessment scores,quantitative scores of clinical decision-making abilities,quantitative scores of learning ability,and student satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results All dimensions scores of assessment scores,clinical decision-making abilities,learning ability,and student satisfaction,and overall scores in the 5G education group were higher than those in the traditional education group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5G smart education in clinical anesthesia teaching has broad prospects.The application of this model can not only enhance students’knowledge and skills but also add impetus to the transformation of the training paradigm for anesthesiologists.
