摘　　要：目的通过分析口腔急诊患者的性别、年龄和病种类型,总结口腔急诊患者的就诊特点,为提高口腔急诊医疗质量和急诊患者的诊治提供依据和指导。方法收集2022年1月至2023年3月就诊的口腔急诊患者1693例。按性别、年龄、病种等进行回顾性分析。将患者按照年龄分为未成年组(0~17岁),青年组(18~39岁),中年组(40~59岁)和老年组(≥60岁)4组。应用SPSS19.0软件对结果进行检验并进行统计学分析。结果1693例口腔急诊患者中,男女比例为1.37:1;口腔急诊患者中以青年组(18~39岁)就诊人数最多,其次是中年组(40~59岁)、老年组(≥60岁),人数最少的是未成年组(0~17岁);口腔急诊患者就诊前3位的病种为颌面外伤,口腔出血和间隙感染。结论综合医院口腔急诊患者数量大,病种范围较广。口腔急诊医生应熟练掌握颌面外伤的诊断和应急处理,从而提高口腔急诊的医疗质量和效率。Objective To analyze the gender,age and disease types of patients in oral emergency,summarize the characteristics of oral emergency patients,and provide basis and guidance for improving the quality of oral emergency medical treatment and the diagnosis and treatment of emergency patients.Methods Total of 1693 cases in stomatology emergency from January in 2022 to March in 2023 were collected.Retrospective analysis was performed according to gender,age and disease type.The results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results The ratio of male to female was 1.37:1.The young group(18-39 years old)had the largest number of patients,followed by the middle-aged group(45~49 years old),the elderly group(≥60 years old),and the minor group(0~17 years old)had the smallest number of patients.The highest incidence was maxillofacial injury,oral hemorrhage and maxillofacial space infection.Conclusions There is a wide range of diseases and a large number of patients in stomatology emergence.Dentists for emergence need a master and professional knowledge of oral common diseases,for the improvement the quality of dental medical care and efficiency.
