摘  要:艺术专业大学英语教学的主要目标之一是提高学生的综合文化素养。将中华灿烂的传统文化融入艺术专业大学英语教学环节中,既是传承和推动中华优秀传统文化发展的重要行动,也是培养高素质艺术人才的内在所需。然而,在大学英语课堂中,中华传统文化融入教学存在着一定的问题,需要教师在教学实践过程中,结合艺术专业学生的特点,以多模态教学理论为指导,做到将中华传统文化和语言教学有效结合,以提高学生的语言应用能力和文化素养,从而改变艺术专业英语课堂中华传统文化的缺失现象,达到真正实现艺术专业英语课程育人的要求。One of the main goals of college English teaching for art majors is to improve the students’cultural literacy.Integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into college English teaching for art majors is not only an important action to inherit and develop Chinese traditional culture,but also an internal need to train high-quality art students.However,in the process of teaching practice there are some problems in the teaching of Chinese traditional culture in college English classes.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to combine the characteristics of art majors,guided by multimodal teaching theory to organize Chinese traditional culture and language teaching together effectively,so as to improve students’language application ability and cultural literacy,to change the phenomenon of the lack of Chinese traditional culture in English classes for art majors,and achieve the requirements of educating people in English courses for art majors.
