以人民为中心视角下高校参与社区教育的路径探索

摘　　要：社区教育是我国教育系统中的重要组成部分,高校拥有成熟的教育体系,应加强参与社区协同,共建社区教育。以人民为中心的社区教育符合时代价值,可赋能“共建、共治、共享”的社区治理,是构成终身教育体系的重要一环。然而,当前高校参与社区教育流于表面,存在激励机制与合作机制不健全,缺乏主观能动性等问题。文章主要探究当前高校参与社区教育的价值及现状,并结合未来的教育发展需求制订相应策略,旨在为高校参与社区教育的发展开辟新的路径,提高地方高校参与社区教育的质量。Community education is an important component of China's education system,and universities have a mature education system.They should strengthen their participation in community collaboration and jointly build community education.Community education centered on the people is in line with the values of the times and can empower community governance through"co construction,co governance,and sharing".It is an important part of the lifelong education system,However,the current participation of universities in community education is superficial,with inadequate incentive and cooperation mechanisms,and a lack of subjective initiative.The article mainly explores the value and current situation of university participation in community education,and formulates corresponding strategies based on future educational development needs,aiming to open up new paths for the development of university participation in community education and improve the quality of local university participation in community education.
