摘 要:师资队伍建设是民族地区基础教育发展的根本。为了解凉山州师资队伍建设的现实状况,文章作者对普格县四所中学的教师展开问卷调查,分析调查结果发现,师资队伍建设中存在教师数量不足,学科结构不全;教师工作压力偏大,从教意愿偏低;教师培训机会不均、效果不佳等问题。为此,文章提出增加教师编制数量,定向培养充实教师队伍;提升乡村教师待遇及社会地位;精准培训促进教师专业成长;继续建立并利用好对口帮扶制度;加强教育教学监管职能,完善考核和评价机制等措施,为完善民族地区的师资队伍建设提供参考。The construction of teaching staff is fundamental to the development of basic education in ethnic regions.In order to understand the current situation of teacher team construction in Liangshan Prefecture,the author of the article conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers in four high schools in Puge County.The analysis of the survey results found that there is a shortage of teachers and incomplete subject structure in teacher team construction;Teachers have high work pressure and low willingness to teach;Uneven opportunities and poor effectiveness in teacher training.Therefore,the article proposes to increase the number of teacher positions and cultivate and enrich the teaching staff in a targeted manner;Improve the treatment and social status of rural teachers;Precision training promotes the professional growth of teachers;Continue to establish and make good use of the corresponding assistance system;Strengthening the regulatory function of education and teaching,improving assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and other measures to provide reference for improving the construction of teaching staff in ethnic regions.
