摘  要:针对拖拉机的动力时效性较差、导致劳动强度大及生产效率较低的问题,对拖拉机的液压马达进行了动力学设计和研究。拖拉机液压马达属于液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT),其控制系统主要组成包括电控系统、发动机、HMCVT变速器、信号输入系统和行走机构。为了研究拖拉机液压马达在作业过程中的特性,并为后续结构优化和加工提供参考,采用AMESim系统动力学软件对拖拉机的变速箱和变速箱行星排进行了动力学分析。为了验证该拖拉机液压马达的特性,对液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)进行了无级调速特性试验,结果表明:液压机械无级变速器具有可控制的无级调速的特性。Aiming at the problem of poor power timeliness of tractor,and resulting in the large labor intensity and low production efficiency,the hydraulic motor of the tractor dynamics design was researched.The tractor hydraulic motor belongs to hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT).The HMCVT control system was constituted of electric control system,engine,HMCVT transmissioin,signal input system and walking mechanism.To study the characteristics of tractor hydraulic motor during operation ad provide reference for subsequent structural optimization and machining,the dynamics design and analysis of tractor gearbox and gearbox planetary row were carried out by using AMESim system dynamics software.To verify the characteristics of the hydraulic motor of the tractor,the stepless speed regulation characteristics of HMCVT were tested.The test results show that the HMCVT has controllable stepless speed regulation characteristics.
