摘 要:对国内外科技伦理研究发展历程进行梳理,应用CiteSpace软件对关键词的聚类、时间线以及突现分析,总结国内外科技伦理研究热点大致分为科技伦理的理论研究、新兴科技及其伦理风险、科技伦理治理及规制三个部分,并对未来研究发展趋势进行分析,更多的注意力集中到了影响人群健康和卫生保健制度的多种因素上。为促进国内开展科技伦理研究提供了不同的视角,有助于对科技伦理风险进行前瞻性预判,最终提升我国科技伦理治理能力,促进科技事业的健康有序发展。This article provides a review of the development of research in science and technology ethics both domestically and internationally.Using CiteSpace software,it conducts cluster analysis,timeline analysis,and burst detection of keywords to summarize the hotspots in research on science and technology ethics,which roughly fall into three categories:theoretical exploration of science and technology ethics,emerging technologies and their ethical risks,and the governance and regulation of science and technology ethics.Additionally,it analyzes future research trends,with increased attention directed towards various factors influencing public health and healthcare systems.This article offers diverse perspectives to facilitate the advancement of science and technology ethics research domestically,aiding in proactive anticipation of ethical risks associated with emerging technologies.Ultimately,it aims to enhance China's governance capabilities in science and technology ethics and promote the healthy and orderly development of the science and technology industry.
