摘　　要：“工程创新、任务导向、数字支撑”人才培养模式改革坚持问题导向,通过动态调整人才培养方案,使专业建设持续发展。在人才培养模式的改革实践中,要深化校企合作,将顶岗实习与专业评价相结合;推广混合式教学,充分发挥虚拟仿真平台等信息化教学资源的优势;以“数字支撑”构建高效课堂,改革评价方式;优化教师队伍;开创全新的学习情境,真正提高人才培养质量。The reform of talent cultivation mode of"engineering innovation,task orientation,digital support"adheres to the problem orientation,and makes the major construction develops sustainably by dynamically adjusting the talent cultivation program.In the reform practice of talent cultivation mode,it is necessary to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,combine the post practice with professional evaluation;promote blended teaching,give full play to the advantages of informationized teaching resources such as virtual simulation platforms;build efficient classrooms with"digital support",reform the evaluation method;optimize the teaching staff;create brand-new learning situations,and really improve the quality of talent cultivation.
