摘　　要：培育特色高校文化,推进文化育人,是建设社会主义文化强国的一项重要内容,也是高校“三全育人”的重要保障。天津农学院持续实施“文化铸校”发展战略,以厚植师生“爱党、爱国、爱农、爱校”情怀作为立德树人的目标任务,在实践中提出“思源奋进”学校文化标识,构建“思源奋进”文化育人工作体系,着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Cultivating distinctive university culture and promoting cultural education is an important task for building a socialist cultural power,and it is also an important guarantee for“Sanquan Education”in universities.Tianjin Agricultural University continues to implement the development strategy of“culture casting school”and takes cultivating the feelings of teachers and students who“love the CPC,love the motherland,love agriculture,and love the campus”as the goal and task of building morality and cultivating people.In practice,it proposes the school cultural logo of“Siyuan Fenjin”,constructs the cultural education work system of“Siyuan Fenjin”,and strives to cultivate new people of the era who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
