大学跨学科组织实践对我国高职院校跨专业组织构建的启示

摘　　要：作为高校有组织科研的重要形式,大学跨学科组织对推动我国基础科学和重点领域的科技攻关、加快实现国家高水平创新发挥重要作用。分析美国、德国、日本和我国大学跨学科组织发展历程,发现大学跨学科组织是由外部现实问题需求和大学内部知识发展需要共同驱动的结果,其组织形式多样、人员构成多元化和动态性、组织结构弹性、兼具跨学科研究和教育的特点。借鉴国内外大学跨学科组织的成功经验,高职院校跨专业组织构建应厘清认识,制定跨专业组织战略规划;问题导向,发挥院校专业资源优势;变革组织,打造应用技术服务平台;加大资助,完善跨专业组织保障机制。As an important form of organized scientific research in colleges and universities,university interdisciplinary organiza⁃tions have played an important role in promoting scientific and technological breakthroughs in basic sciences and key areas in China,and accelerating the realization of national high-level innovation.Analyzing the development history of university interdisciplinary organizations in the United States,Germany,Japan and China,it is found that university interdisciplinary organizations are driven by the demand of external real-world problems and the need for knowledge development within the university,with various organiza⁃tional forms,diversified and dynamic personnel composition,flexible organizational structure,and the characteristics of both inter⁃disciplinary research and education.Drawing on the successful experience of university interdisciplinary organizations at home and abroad,the interprofessional organizations of higher vocational colleges should clarify the understanding and formulate the strategic planning of interprofessional organizations;be problem-oriented and give full play to the advantages of professional resources of the colleges;change the organization and create a platform of applied technology services;increase funding and improve the guarantee mechanism of interprofessional organizations.
