摘  要:由于特殊的断面形态,浅埋大断面双连拱隧道的施工通常伴随较大的风险。厦门某双连拱隧道断面面积为498.8 m2,面对复杂的地质条件和敏感的周边环境,地层变形控制是关键。该工程采用全孔一次性帷幕注浆,双侧壁导洞法、3层支护结构、支护时机优化等变形控制关键技术,通过FLAC3D数值模拟和理论分析,研究施工过程中横向、纵向地表沉降,分析地层变形云图,结果表明变形均在安全范围内。Due to the special cross-sectional shape,the construction of shallow buried large section double arch tunnels is accompanied by significant risks.The cross-sectional area of double arch tunnel is 498.8 m2.Facing complex geological conditions and sensitive surrounding environment,controlling geological deformation is crucial.Key deformation control techniques such as full hole one-time curtain grouting,double-sided wall guide tunnel method,three-layer support structure,and optimization of support timing were adopted.Through FlAC3D numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the horizontal and vertical surface settlement during construction was studied,and the geological deformation cloud map was analyzed.The results showed that the deformation was within the safe range.
