摘  要:人间烟火气,最是抚人心。年的味道,体现在团年饭的仪式感上。在烟台,餐桌上的年味同时具有山和海的味道。烟台依山傍海。烟台人管下地种田叫“上山”,管出海打鱼叫“下海”。不管是“上山”还是“下海”,都是烟台人获取食物的重要渠道。这使得烟台人餐桌上既有土地的清香,又有大海的鲜咸,也让鲁菜之乡的年夜饭具备了仁者乐山、智者乐水和海纳百川的文化味儿。The smell of cooking in ordinary life has the most soothing effect.The tastes of the Chinese New Year are manifested in the ceremony of family reunion dinner during the Chinese New Year.In Yantai,the New Year's tastes on the dining table are the tastes of both mountains and the sea.For its location by mountains and sea,people in Yantai call“going to work in the field”as"going up the mountain"and"going to fish on the sea"as"going down to the sea".Both"going up the mountain"and"going down to the sea"are people's important channels to obtain food in Yantai.As a result,the dining table of Yantai people has not only the fragrance of land but also the freshness of the sea,giving the dinner on the Chinese New Year's Eve at the hometown of Shandong cuisine a mixed cultural tastes of the benevolence of mountains,the wisdom of waters,and the inclusiveness of the sea.
