摘 要:电网在受到严重扰动时,系统的稳定性下降,给电压和频率控制带来了极大的挑战。针对这一问题,首先对电网进行孤岛划分以限制故障范围,防止电网大规模停电,并构建多层谱聚类算法,动态分析电力系统特征参数,减少因孤岛划分带来的有功功率和无功功率不平衡问题。然后,为了减少通信需求,设计了一种新的事件触发(event-triggered,ET)控制器,捕捉分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)之间的物理耦合,通过ET控制律调节每个DG的功率输出,以分布式动态ET机制确定每个DG何时与其相邻DG通信。最后通过IEEE 9节点网络进行仿真验证与分析,结果表明所提控制方法有利于提高电网的稳定性、可靠性和安全性。When the power grid is seriously disturbed,the stability of the system decreases,which brings great challenges to voltage and frequency control.To solve this problem,the grid is firstly islanded to limit the fault range and prevent large-scale grid outages,and a multi-layer clustering algorithm is established based on spectral clustering to dynamically analyze the characteristic parameters of the power system,thereby reducing the imbalance between active power and reactive power caused by the islanding division.Secondly,in order to reduce communication requirements,a new event-triggered(ET)controller was designed to capture the physical coupling between distributed generation(DG)and adjust the power output of each DG through the ET control law.The distributed dynamic ET mechanism determines when each DG communicates with its neighbors.Finally,the simulation results of IEEE 9 nodes network show that the proposed control method is beneficial to improve the stability,reliability and security of the power grid.
