摘　　要：本文阐述高职学校学生顶岗实习管理的重要性,以及汽车专业顶岗实习管理现状及存在问题,并运用PDCA循环管理方法对实习全过程进行监控和管理,以持续改进和完善顶岗实习管理体系,提升学院培养技能实用型专门人才的能力,让学生成为企业首选。This paper expounds the importance of the top-post internship management of students in vocational schools,as well as the current situation and existing problems of the top-post internship management of automobile majors,and uses the PDCA cycle management method to monitor and manage the whole process of internship,so as to continuously improve and perfect the top-post internship management system,enhance the college's ability to cultivate skilled and practical professionals,and make students the first choice of enterprises.
