摘　　要：天然药物化学是制药工程专业的核心专业基础课程之一,该课程涉及的知识广泛,跨度大,传统、单一的教学方式很难实现课程的教学目标。PBL和CBL教学法突出以学生为主体,各有特色,两者的综合运用可以有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率。此外,在进行课程设计时巧妙融入思政元素,实现有效教学的同时,发挥专业课的思政功能,落实“立德树人”的根本任务。文章探索基于PBL和CBL教学法的天然药物化学课程的教学改革,并融合思政教育的实施思路。Medicinal chemistry of natural products is one of the professional basic courses of pharmaceutical engineering.Traditional and single teaching methods are difficult to achieve the teaching objectives of the course for it involves a wide range of knowledge.The PBL and CBL teaching methods highlight student-centered status and have their own characteristics also.The comprehensive application of them can effectively stimulate students’interest in learning and improve learning efficiency.In addition,integrating ideological and political elements ingeniously when designing courses can achieve effective teaching and implement the fundamental task of morality education by exerting ideological and political functions of professional course.This paper intends to explore the teaching reform of medicinal chemistry of natural products based on PBL and CBL teaching methods and the implementation idea of integrating curriculum ideology and politics.
