摘 要:人工智能在终身学习领域得到了广泛应用,产生了较显著的正面影响,但也可能使终身学习权面临多样的风险。人工智能时代的终身学习权面临着学习者主体性遭到消解、平等权利受到冲击和隐私遭受侵犯的风险。通过分析可知,思想上的机器拜物主义和人工智能引起的权力格局变动是此类风险产生的根源。因此,需要在思想上和行动上采取相应的措施予以应对。围绕终身学习者的主体地位构建新的适应时代需求的人工智能伦理规范,坚持学习与劳动并重的终身学习理念,确立终身学习权的数字人权内涵,强化终身学习权保障的国家义务等措施,是保护终身学习权并最终实现人的全面发展的可行之道。The influence of artificial intelligence has penetrated into all aspects of human life,and its application in the field of lifelong learning has been recognized,but also caused concern about the risk of lifelong learning right.The lifelong learning right in the era of artificial intelligence is faced with the risk of learners’subjectivity being dissolved,equal protection being impacted and privacy being infringed.Through analysis,we can see that ideological machine fetishism and changes in the power structure caused by artificial intelligence are the root causes of such risks.Therefore,corresponding measures need to be taken in both thinking and action to respond.To this end,it is necessary to reaffirm the subjectivity of learners and construct new ethical norms that meet the needs of the times;adhere to the concept of lifelong learning with equal emphasis on learning and labor;establishing the connotation of digital human rights;strength the national obligations of safeguarding the right to lifelong learning in order to protect the right to lifelong learning and finally realize the all-round development of human beings.
