摘  要:“学为主体,教为主导”的教学理念已经在现代教学中得到广泛推广,但是对于以短视频为主要呈现形式的微课,由于其教学方式与传统教学有很大不同,具有不直接与学员交流的特点,教师在教学设计的全过程中往往会忽视“学为主体”的体现。因此结合现代微课的特征和教学过程,分析微课教学“学为主体”理念的必要性和体现方式,对“学为主体”教学理念在微课教学中的实践进行探索。The education concept of“students are the main part and teachers should lead them”has been widely promoted in modern teaching.However,with short videos as the main form of presentation,micro-lecture is very different from traditional teaching,it has the characteristics of not directly communicating with students,and teachers tend to ignore the embodiment of“student-centered”in the whole process of teaching design.Combined with the characteristics and teaching process of modern micro-lectures,the necessity and embodiment of the concept of“student-centered,teacher-led”in the micro-lectures is analyzed in this paper,and the practice of realizing“student-centered”in the micro-lecture is explored.
