摘　　要：谈心谈话是进行思想政治教育的重要方法,是辅导员必须具备的一项基本技能。文章主要对当前高校辅导员谈心谈话工作开展情况进行全面梳理,提出了基于立德树人目标下的谈心谈话工作模式建构策略,探索将“思政”元素全程融入谈心谈话全过程,提高思想政治教育的针对性和有效性,同时,形成可供借鉴参考的工作经验,为辅导员开展谈心谈话工作提供参考。Heart-to-heart talk is an important method of ideological and political education and a basic skill that counselors must possess.This paper mainly sorts out the current situation of college counselors’heart-to-heart talk,and proposes strategies for constructing a heart-to-heart talk work mode based on the goal of cultivating morality and nurturing people.It further explores the integration of“ideological and political”elements into the whole process of heart-to-heart talk,which improves the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,and at the same time,forms work experience for reference,and provides reference for counselors to carry out heart-to-heart talk.
