摘  要:大学生就业难问题成为社会关注的焦点,如何帮助大学生求职就业成为高校职业生涯教育的重要责任。高校职业生涯教育研究逐渐成为我国高等教育研究领域的一个重要课题。总体而言,我国高校职业生涯教育的理论研究尚不够成熟,实践研究尚未形成特色,研究内容主要包括引介外国生涯教育理论和实践经验、本土行动探索研究以及理性反思等。从研究结果上看,国外高校职业生涯教育具有理论系统化和实践专业化的特点;我国高校职业生涯教育呈现政策渐进性和实践平稳化的特征;在对我国高校职业生涯教育的反思方面,研究者则建议提高师资质量、创新教育方法、改革课程评价等。从研究趋势看,未来职业生涯教育研究应更多关注大学生生涯适应力的培养,采取跨学科研究的方式,采用定量定性相结合的研究方法,开创具有新时代特色的研究话语体系。The issue of challenging employment for college students has received significant social attention.Assisting college students in finding employment has become a crucial responsibility of career education in universities.Research on career education in universities has become an increasingly important topic in the field of higher education research in China.Overall,the theoretical research on career education in Chinese universities is still in the process of development,and the practical research has not yet established its own unique characteristics.Research content primarily focuses on introducing foreign career education theories and practical experiences,local action exploration research,and rational reflection.Research results indicate that career education in foreign universities tends to prioritize theoretical systematization and practical specialization,whereas career education in Chinese universities tends to prioritize gradual policy implementation and stable practice.It has been suggested by researchers that enhancing the quality of teaching staff,innovating educational methods,and reforming curriculum evaluation could be effective measures to improve career education in Chinese universities.In terms of research trends,future career education research should focus on cultivating college students'career adaptability,adopting interdisciplinary research methods and using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to create a research discourse system with new era characteristics.
