摘  要:基于直接进样结合气相色谱(GC)技术,通过优化确认检测方法条件(即柱流速1 mL/min;分流比1∶20;柱温箱升温程序:初始柱温箱40℃,保持2 min,以3℃/min升温至90℃,再以15℃/min升温至230℃,保持20 min),研究建立了GC外标法定量分析检测酱香型白酒中2,3-丁二酮的方法。结果表明,该方法在质量浓度7.05~117.5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.998);检出限为0.67 mg/L(S/N=3),定量限为2.24 mg/L(S/N=10);加标回收率范围在82.77%~112.61%之间;日内与日间RSD分别为0.41%和1.44%。该方法操作简便、准确性高、重复性好,可以广泛推广应用于酱香白酒中2,3-丁二酮含量测定。Based on direct injection method and gas chromatography(GC),the quantitative analysis method of 2,3-butanedione in Ji-angxiang Baijiu was established,and the detection conditions were optimized as follows:the column flow rate was 1 mL/min,the split ratio was 1∶20,the initial column temperature was 40℃(maintain for 2 min),the temperature rise rate was 3℃/min to 90℃,and 15℃/min to 230℃(maintain for 20 min).The results showed that the method had good linearity in the range of 7.05 mg/L to 117.5 mg/L(R2=0.998),the detection limit was 0.67 mg/L(S/N=3),the quantification limit was 2.24 mg/L(S/N=10),the recovery rate was between 82.77%and 112.61%,and the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviation was 0.41%and 1.44%,respec-tively.This method is simple to operate,highly accurate,and exhibits good repeatability,making it suitable for the determination of 2,3-butanedione in Jiangxiang Baijiu.
