摘  要:目的以中医原创思维培养为主题,以“雨课堂”为主要方式,通过课堂与课外、“线上+线下”的紧密结合,构建方剂学混合式教学模式,为中医原创思维和创新人才培养模式探索出一套新方法和新途径。方法以云南中医药大学2019级开设方剂学的中医学、针灸推拿学专业共12个班级为研究对象,前8个教学周均采用雨课堂开展线上教学,后8个周教学周开展基于雨课堂的线上+线下混合式教学模式。课程开展以中医原创思维培养为切入点。实施后对学生进行访谈并采用封闭式问卷调查,分析教学效果。结果问卷调查显示,70.5%(287/407)和67.8%(276/407)的学生认为在方剂学教学中使用雨课堂,对培养中医原创思维能力和创新能力有促进作用。访谈显示,大多数学生认为,有必要在方剂学教学中使用雨课堂。结论以雨课堂构建方剂学混合式教学模式,有利于培养中医原创思维。Objective Taking the cultivation of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine as the theme,taking Rain Classroom as the main way,through the close combination of classroom and extracurricular,online-offline,a mixed teaching mode of Chinese medicinal formulas is constructed,which explores a set of new methods and new ways for the cultivation mode of original thinking and innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 12 classes in Grade 2019 of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and tuina majors of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine which set up Chinese medicinal formulas as the research object.In the first eight teaching weeks,online teaching was carried out by the Rain Classroom,and in the last eight weeks,online-offline mixed teaching mode was carried out based on the Rain Classroom.The course development takes the cultivation of original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine as the starting point.After the implementation,the students were interviewed and closed questionnaires were used to analyze the teaching effect.Results The questionnaire survey showed that 70.5%(287/407)and 67.8%(276/407)of the students believed that the use of Rain Classroom in the teaching of Chinese medicinal formulas had a promoting effect on cultivating the ability of original thinking and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,and the interview showed that most students believed that it was necessary to use Rain Classroom in the teaching progress.Conclusion The construction of the mixed teaching mode of Chinese medicinal formulas with Rain Classroom is conducive to cultivating the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
