摘　　要：医学人文素质教育和医患沟通能力培养在中医药人才培养中是不可或缺的重要部分,良好的医患沟通能力,对中医儿科门诊工作大有裨益。作者通过中医儿科医师在门诊工作中的医患沟通的问卷调查,分析中医儿科门诊医患沟通的难点及不足,并初步探讨更好地进行医学生及临床医师的人文素质教育和医患沟通能力培养的途径与方式。Medical humanistic quality-oriented education and doctor-patient communication ability are an indispensable part in the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents.Good doctor-patient communication ability is of great benefit to the work of pediatric outpatient of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the questionnaire survey on doctor-patient communication of traditional Chinese medicine pediatricians in outpatient work,the author analyzed the difficulties and deficiencies,and preliminarily discussed the ways to educate humanistic quality-oriented better and multiply doctor-patient communication ability of medical students and clinicians.
