摘 要:针对河南中医药大学研究生课程护理管理理论与实践开展以来所面对的教学困境和痛点,结合课程特色及人才培养目标,通过立足思政导向、思政资源建设、思想动态分析,形成课前-课中-课后三衔接的课程思政教学方案。该课程思政教学方案能有效达成思政目标,学生学习体验好、认可度高,专业考核及德育考核成绩优秀,教师思政教学能力增加,教学效果良好。In view of the teaching dilemmas and pain points faced since the development of nursing management theory and practice of postgraduate courses in Henan University of Chinese Medicine,combined with the course characteristics and personnel training objectives,based on ideological and political orientation,ideological and political resources construction,and ideological dynamic analysis,this paper formed a three connection curriculum ideological and political teaching program of pre-class,mid-class and afterclass.The ideological and political teaching program of this course effectively achieves the ideological and political goals.Students have higher learning experience and recognition,excellent,professional and moral education assessment,teachers’ideological and political teaching ability is increased,and the teaching effect is good.
