摘  要:教育高质量发展现代语境下唤醒乡村教师专业自主发展的意识,探索乡村教师专业自主发展的超越路径具有重要现实意义。厘清乡村教师专业自主发展的时代内涵及价值,考察乡村教师专业自主发展的内在逻辑,从审思角色定位、甄定价值立场、重建内在秩序、超越自我跃升四个维度深度剖析乡村教师专业自主发展的可能性,明确以批判之思澄清乡村教师专业价值、以伦理之思坚定乡村教师专业选择、以智慧之思纾解乡村教师人生困境、以美学之思对抗乡村教师平庸日常的理性选择。从外部支持系统的深度介入、内部支持系统的秩序重构两个维度探寻乡村教师专业自主发展的超越路径:规范相关政策制度、加大经费投入,搭建发展平台;审度教师专业价值,激发内生动力;拓展互助空间,增强意义交往;扎根理论学习,重组思维方式;潜心教育实践,升华教育情感。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to awaken the consciousness of rural teachers'professional self-development and explore the transcending path of rural teachers'professional self-development.To clarify the connotation and value of the era of rural teachers'professional self-development,it examines the internal logic and deeply analyze the possibility of rural teachers'independent professional development from four dimensions:reviewing the role positioning,identifying value positions,rebuilding internal order,and surpassing self leap.It clarifies the professional value of rural teachers with critical thinking,and strengthen their professional choices with ethical thinking,relieves the life difficulties of rural teachers with wise thinking,and resist the rational choices of rural teachers in their mediocre daily lives with aesthetic thinking.From the two dimensions of the deep involvement of the external support system and the order reconstruction of the internal support system,this paper probes into the overstepping path of the rural teachers'professional independent development:to build a platform for development with standardizing the relevant policies and systems and increasing the investment;to examine the professional value of teachers and stimulate endogenous motivation;to expand the space of mutual assistance and enhance meaningful communication;to take root in theoretical learning and reorganize the way of thinking;to concentrate on educational practice and sublimate educational emotion.
