摘　　要：职业技术教育的本体功能是职业技术教育理论与思想体系中十分重要与基础性的部分,它从理论上阐述了职业技术教育的内在规律与功能结构,清晰地展示了职业技术教育与人的发展之间的内在一致性与利益关联,分析了职业技术教育中人格教育与技术技能训练之间的一致性,阐释了职业技术教育不仅仅是一种生产技术技能的学习,还是一种文化的陶冶与生存方式的变革,由此进一步弘扬了职业技术教育的意义与价值,在现实上为职业技术教育的发展提供了最广泛的社会与文化基础。职业技术教育的这种本体功能,为职业技术教育的改革发展提供了更加清晰宽厚的理论基础与实践取向,为全社会参与职业技术教育提供了更加广泛和坚实的社会与文化基础,为吸引更多的优秀人才积极地投身于职业技术教育,以及更多的社会资源踊跃地加入职业技术教育,是非常有利的。The ontological function of vocational and technical education is a very important and ba-sic part of the theory and ideological system of vocational and technical education.It theoretically expounds the internal law and functional structure of vocational and technical education,clearly shows the internal consistency and interest relationship between vocational and technical education and human development,and analyzes the consistency between personality education and technical skill training in vocational and technical education.It explains that vocational and technical education is not only a learning of production technology skills,but also a transformation of cultural cultivation and survival mode,which further promotes the significance and value of vocational and technical education.In reality,it provides the most extensive so-cial and cultural foundation for the development of vocational and technical education.This ontological function of vocational and technical education provides a clearer and more generous theoretical basis and practical orientation for the reform and development of vocational and technical education.It provides a broader and solid social and cultural foundation for the whole society to participate in vocational and techni-cal education.It is very beneficial to attract more outstanding talents and social resources to actively partici-pate in vocational and technical education.
