摘  要:“现代管理理论与方法”课程以立德树人、为战育人为导向,以“组训管理与指挥能力提升、领导与管理素养培育”为目标,对培养学员计划、组织、协调、控制等领导力与管理能力有着十分重要的作用。为解决传统管理类课程重理论、轻体验与实践等问题,在课程改革中引入混合式教学模式,以学员领导力培养为核心,探索“聚焦任务、内容深化、巩固拓展”三个阶段的线上与线下相互融合的教学活动,明确线上内容重兴趣、线下内容重领导力体验式行为训练的实施及线上线下相互融合机制,进而有效提升课程教学效果。Modern Management Theory and Method course is based on cultivating virtues and cultivating talents for the purpose of war and education,with the goal of“improving the management and command ability of organizing training and cultivating the leadership and management quality”.It plays a very important role in cultivating the leadership and management abilities of cadets such as planning,organization,coordination and control.In order to solve the problem of traditional management courses focusing on theory and less experience and practice,the mixed teaching mode is introduced in the curriculum reform.With the leadership training of students as the core,the online and offline integrated teaching activities in three stages of“focusing on task,deepening content,consolidating and expanding”are explored.Make clear the implementation of the experiential behavioral training of online content focusing on interest and offline content focusing on leadership and the integration mechanism of online and offline,so as to effectively improve the teaching effect of the course.
