校政行企协同共育“卓越海员”培养模式研究

摘　　要：当前航运业岗位人才紧缺,职业院校每年向行业输送毕业生数量及质量远远不能满足行业当前发展需求,已经严重制约行业的发展。鉴于此,武汉交通职业学院联合业内龙头企业深度合作,打造“三明治”式培养模式,组建“卓越海员班”。通过实践论证,“三明治”式培养模式有效解决了以往航海类专业毕业生数量少、专业成才速度慢和适岗能力弱等问题,实现了“行校企生”多方共赢。The current shortage of talents in the shipping industry has severely constrained the development of the industry,as the number and quality of graduates sent by vocational colleges to the industry each year are far from meeting the current development needs of the industry.In view of this,Wuhan Technical College of Communications has collaborated deeply with leading enterprises in the industry,to create a"Sandwich"training mode and establish an"excellent seafarer class".Through practical demonstration,the"Sandwich"training mode has effectively solved the problems of the low number of graduates in navigation majors,the slow speed of professional development,and weak job adaptability in the past,and achieved a win-win situation for"administration,schools,enterprises and students".
