摘 要:“双高”计划是我国高职教育发展的重要战略,其目标是推动高职教育高质量发展。高职院校专业负责人是“双高”计划实施的关键人物,其能力发展对于“双高”计划的成功实现具有重要意义。通过对高职院校专业负责人能力发展的问卷调查研究表明,当前影响专业负责人能力发展的因素在于:缺乏对专业负责人能力发展内涵的正确认识;缺乏针对专业负责人能力发展的培养机制;缺乏对专业负责人能力发展的保障机制。基于此,建议从提高专业负责人的角色意识、建立培训机制、创建实践共同体、建立考核机制、完善激励政策等方面,助推专业负责人能力的发展与提升。The“Double High Plan”is an important strategy for the development of higher vocational education in China with the goal of promoting high-quality development of higher vocational education.The professional leader of higher vocational colleges is a key figure in the implementation of the“Double High Plan”,and their ability development is of great significance for the successful implementation of the“Double High Plan”.A questionnaire survey on the development of professional leaders in higher vocational colleges shows that there are many factors affecting the development of professional leaders such as a lack of correct understanding of the connotation of professional leader’s ability development,a lack of a training mechanism for professional leaders to develop their abilities and a lack of a guarantee mechanism for the development of professional leaders’abilities.Based on this,it is suggested to promote the development and enhancement of the abilities of professional leaders by enhancing their role awareness,establishing training mechanisms,creating practical communities,establishing assessment mechanisms and improving incentive policies.
