摘 要:推进社会体育组织参与小学校内课后体育服务是落实体教融合政策、有效配置学校体育资源、拓展学校体育服务资源供应链的重要举措。运用文献资料和实地调研等方法,从理论层面分析了嵌入式合作治理的内涵与运行机理,结合当前社会体育组织参与龙岩小学校内课后体育服务供给的实践,分析社会体育组织参与校内课后体育服务的困境与原因,提出优化资源要素配置、强化能力建设、规范服务管控、重视互信关系构建、完善环境平台建设和健全服务激励评价管理等路径与策略,以提升服务治理的效能。Promoting the participation of social sports organizations in primary school after-school sports services is an important measure to implement the policy of integrating sports and education,effectively allocate school sports resources,and expand the supply chain of school sports service resources.Using methods such as literature review and field research,this study analyzes the connotation and operational mechanisms of embedded cooperative governance from a theoretical perspective.Combining with the current practice of social sports organizations participating in after-school physical education services in Longyan primary schools,the study analyzes the challenges and reasons for social sports organizations to participate in after-school physical education services in schools.Pathways and strategies are proposed to optimize resource allocation,strengthen capacity-building,standardize service management and control,emphasize the building of mutual trust relationships,improve environmental platform construction,and enhance service incentive evaluation management,in order to enhance the effectiveness of service governance.
