摘　　要：传统勤廉文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是以价值系统为目标、以行为导向系统为引领、以规范系统为调节、以支撑系统为保障协调统一的文化系统。传统勤廉文化的创造性转化与创新性发展虽然面临古今差异的问题,但是中华文明长期延续的历史路径依赖让传统勤廉文化的“两创”具备了可能。传统勤廉文化创造性转化与创新性发展的实践路径是:旗帜鲜明地树立“以人民为中心”的价值内涵、科学制订与落实勤廉制度规范、推进“勤、绩”和“廉、民”的行为导向内在统一、推动支撑系统的全面转化发展,从而实现新时代勤廉文化价值系统、行为导向系统、规范系统和支撑系统的内在协调一致。Traditional diligence and integrity culture is an important part of fine traditional Chinese culture.It is a cultural system that aims to value,led by behavior orientation,adjusted by rules,guaranteed by supporting system,Although the creative transformation and innovative development face the problem of the difference of eras,the path dependency lasted throughout Chinese civilization makes it possible to realize.The practical path of the realization is to clearly adhere to people-centered values,to scientifically design and carry out diligence and integrity rules,to propel the inner coincidence of diligence,achievement,integrity and people,to promote the reform and development of supporting system.Finally we will achieve the inner coincidence of diligence and integrity culture value,behavior orientation,rule and supporting system in the new era.
