摘  要:2022年“海克斯科技”“科技与狠活”等火爆网络词将食品添加剂推上风口浪尖,让大众“谈剂色变”,引发了一场食品工业信任危机,调味品企业也受到波及。本文以食品添加剂为中心,介绍了食品添加剂的种类、作用、在实际使用中存在的问题及各国食品添加剂监管及法规情况,并对我国食品添加剂监管存在的问题进行了分析,提出了具体的对策建议,以期促进我国食品添加剂行业发展,并引导消费者科学认识食品添加剂,理性看待食品添加剂与食品安全的关系。In 2022,the popular online words such as"Hex Technology"and"Science and Technology and Ferocious activity"pushed food additives to the forefront of the wave,making the public"turn pale when talking about food additives",triggering a crisis of trust in the food industry,and affecting condiment enterprises.Focusing on food additives,this paper introduces the types,functions,problems in practical application,as well as the supervision and regulations of food additives in various countries,and analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of food additives in China,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to promoting the development of food additives industry in China,guiding consumers to understand food additives scientifically,and treat the relationship between food additives and food safety rationally.
