摘  要:建立了一种芝麻油中乙基麦芽酚的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱标准加入的检测方法。样品经甲醇溶液提取,以0.1%甲酸水溶液和0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液作为流动相,梯度洗脱,经色谱柱分离,在电喷雾正离子模式下多反应监测,采用标准加入法定量。结果表明:在20~200 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r>0.995,回收率为98.4%~99.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.55%~1.03%。通过参加“CFAPA-2063芝麻香油中乙基麦芽酚的测定”能力验证,样品中乙基麦芽酚的|Z|<0.2,该方法前处理操作简单快速、基质干扰小、灵敏度高,可用于检测芝麻油中乙基麦芽酚含量。A detection method for ethyl maltol in sesame oil using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry standard addition has been established.The sample was extracted with methanol solution,using 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and 0.1%formic acid methanol solution as mobile phases,gradient elution,and chromatographic column separation,multi reaction monitoring in the positive ion mode of electric spray,and quantitative method of standard addition.The results showed that in the mass concentration range of 20~200 ng/mL,the linearity was good,the correlation coefficient r>0.995,the recoveries were 98.4%~99.0%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were 0.55%~1.03%.By participating in the CFAPA-2063 determination of Ethylmaltol in Sesame Oil,the ability verification showed that the|Z|of ethylmaltol in the sample was less than 0.2.This method has simple and convenient pre-treatment operation,small matrix effect,and high sensitivity,and can be used to detect the content of ethylmaltol in sesame oil.
