摘　　要：采用组织支持感量表、医学叙事能力量表对1036名临床护士进行调查,了解临床护士组织支持感与医学叙事能力现状,分析二者之间的关系,探讨临床护士组织支持感对医学叙事能力的影响。研究显示,临床护士组织支持感处于中等偏上水平,医学叙事能力均处于中等水平,建议管理者通过增强临床护士组织支持感,提升其医学叙事能力,促进人文关怀教育的有效落实。Survey was conducted on 1036 clinical nurses with the Organizational Support Scale and the Medical Narrative Ability Scale to learn the status of organizational support and medical narrative ability among clinical nurses,analyze the relationship between them,and explore the impact of organizational support on medical narrative ability among clinical nurses.Research has shown that the organizational support of clinical nurses is above average,and their medical narrative abilities are all at a moderate level.It is recommended that managers enhance the organizational support of clinical nurses,enhance their medical narrative abilities,and promote the effective implementation of humanistic care education.
