摘  要:使用便利抽样法从某医学院校抽取311名本科实习护生,采用一般资料调查表、护生职业认同问卷、护生职业自我效能问卷、护理本科实习生转型冲击评价量表进行调查,了解本科实习护生职业认同感、职业自我效能感与转型冲击程度的相关性,为护理管理者制定相应措施降低本科实习护生转型冲击程度提供参考依据。研究显示,本科实习护生转型冲击程度受多方面因素影响,降低本科实习护生转型冲击程度,实现角色转型需要考虑本科实习护生的在校成绩、对实习环境的满意度、自我概念、职业态度及信念、职业认知因素的影响作用。311 undergraduate nursing interns were selected from a medical college with convenience sampling method.A survey was conducted with General Information Questionnaire,Nursing Student Professional Identity Questionnaire,Nursing Students'Professional Self-efficacy Questionnaire,and Undergraduate Nursing Interns'Transformation Impact Evaluation Scale to learn the correlation among the professional identity,professional self-efficacy,and transformation impact of undergraduate nursing interns.So as to provide reference basis for nursing managers to develop corresponding measures to reduce the transformation impact in their respective departments.Research has shown that undergraduate nursing interns'transformation impact is influenced by multiple factors.To reduce undergraduate nursing interns'transformation impact and achieve role transformation,it is necessary to consider the impact of their academic performance,satisfaction with the internship environment,self-concept,career attitude and beliefs,and career cognition.
