摘  要:针对传统型钢轮廓尺寸的连续人工监测困难、测量精度低和效率低等问题,设计了基于三维点云拼接的轮廓尺寸测量实验平台。采用6组激光光源和电荷耦合元件(CCD)相机搭建了用于三维点云数据采集的硬件平台,并提出了基于最近点迭代(ICP)的多帧三维点云拼接算法以及轮廓尺寸测量方法,从而模拟型钢生产中移动工况下的轮廓尺寸测量。结果表明,该实验平台能够实时监测型钢轮廓尺寸,并且测量精度可达到0.01 mm。该实验平台能够针对型钢生产现场轮廓尺寸测量过程的难点问题进行相关理论的实验论证,完善了测量技术和方法。In response to the difficulties in continuous monitoring,low measurement accuracy,and low efficiency of traditional manual profile measurement of structural steel,an experimental platform for profile measurement based on 3D point cloud stitching was designed.A hardware platform for 3D point cloud data collection was built using 6 sets of laser light sources and charge coupled device cameras.A multi frame 3D point cloud stitching algorithm and profile measurement method based on iterative closest point(ICP)algorithm were proposed to simulate profile measurement under moving conditions in structural steel production.The results indicate that the experimental platform can monitor the profile measurement of the structural steel in real-time,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 mm.In addition,this experimental platform can conduct theoretical experimental demonstrations on the difficult issues in the profile measurement process on the production site of structural steel,and improve measurement techniques and methods.
