摘 要:当前我国基础教育在线教学资源质量参差不齐,主要原因之一是在线教学资源质量评价机制不完善。以教师资源分享平台(Teachers pay Teachers)、参与纽约平台(Engage NY)和公共广播网络学习平台(PBS Learning Media)为代表的美国基础教育在线教学资源平台,通过评价环节全程化、评价主体多元化、评价方式多样化及评价内容多维化的在线教学资源质量评价机制,有力保障了在线教学资源质量。借鉴美国在线教学资源质量评价机制建设的经验,规范在线教学资源的开发设计、完善准入评价的内容和维度、动态发挥用户评价的作用,对于健全我国以“规范建、科学选、动态调”为核心的质量评价机制,促进在线教学资源平台全过程进行评价、多主体参与评价、多维度展开评价、多方法调控资源,进一步提高我国基础教育在线教学资源质量,具有启发意义。At present,the quality of online teaching resource in basic education in China is uneven due to inperfect quality evaluation mechanism.American online teaching resource platform of basic education,represented by Teachers pay Teachers,Engage NY and PBS Learning Media,effectively guarantees the quality of online teaching resources through online resource quality evaluation mechanism of full-process evaluation,diversified subject,flexible methods and multi-dimensional content.Drawing on American experience,we can standardize the development and design of online teaching resource,improve the content and dimension of access evaluation and dynamically give play to the role of user evaluation,which is of enlightenment to improve the quality evaluation mechanism with the core of standardized construction,scientific selection,and dynamic adjustment in China,and promote the whole-process,multi-subject and multi-dimensional evaluation and multimethod regulation of resources of online teaching resource platform,so as to improve the quality of online teaching resource of basic education in China.
