摘　　要：过去5年俄罗斯食用菌生产量稳定增长,分析2018—2022年俄罗斯主要食用菌栽培品种的产量变化,以及人均消费量的变化,指出存在问题,展望中俄贸易食用菌领域的贸易前景。In the past 5 years,the production of edible mushrooms in Russia has steadily increased.The article analyzes the changes in the production of major cultivated edible mushroom varieties in Russia from 2018 to 2022,as well as the changes in per capita consumption,point out the existing problems,and look forward to the trade prospects in the edible mushroom field between China and Russia.
