摘  要:蜜环菌是我国珍稀食药用菌,也是天麻生长发育必不可少的伴生菌,蜜环菌优良菌种的培育关系到天麻产业的健康可持续发展。综述蜜环菌育种研究进展,指出其优良菌种“易退化、难复壮”问题一直困扰着生产,解决这一问题须结合生产实践进行大量研究,创制优异种质资源,加强种源管理和维护;综述蜜环菌重要生物活性物质蜜环菌多糖在降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老、免疫增强、机体保护和其他药理活性方面的研究进展,展望应用前景。Armillariellamellais not only a famous rare medicinal mushroom in China,but also an indispensable companion fungi for the growth and development of Gastrodiaelata.The cultivation of A.mellea excellent strains is related to the healthy and sustainable development of G.elata industry.The research progress of A.melleabreeding is reviewed.It is pointed out that the problem of‘easy degradation and difficult rejuvenation’of A.mellea excellent strains has been a persistent problem in production.To solve this problem,it is necessary to conduct extensive research in combination with production practice,create excellent germplasm resources,strengthen strain management and maintenance.This article reviews the research progress of the important bioactive substance of Armillaria mellea polysaccharides in lowering blood sugar,antioxidant,anti-aging,immune enhancement,body protection and other pharmacological activities,and looks forward to their application prospects.
