民国时期香菇栽培“沃泔法”新探

摘　　要：关于历史上“沃泔法”在香菇栽培中的运用,学术界的看法不一致。相关史料揭示,民国时期(1912—1949年)多地香菇栽培仍采用了沃泔法,这是对此前沃泔法栽培香菇技术的传承。结合“泔水”在其他作物种植中具有提供养分的作用,可以认为,“沃泔法”是能够促进香菇生长的实践技术经验积累,民国时期香菇栽培过程中不存在米泔浇淋步骤的观点不完全符合事实。There are different opinions about the application of“Pouring rice juice”in the cultivation of Lentinula edodes.Some historical materials reveal that the method of pouring rice juice was still used in the cultivation of L.edodes in the Republic of China(the time from 1912 to 1949).Considering that rice juice can provide nutrients in other crops,it can be considered that the“Pouring rice juice method”is the experience accumulation that can promote the growth of L.edodes.The viewpoint that the method of pouring rice juice was not used in the cultivation of L.edodes in the Republic of China was not completely consistent with the fact.
