摘 要:目的探究情景模拟联合引导式反馈教学在提高全科基层急救能力培训中的应用。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月湖南省娄底市中心医院辖区内120名全科基层医生作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分成3人一组的急救团队,利用模拟设备及真实场景重建,结合情景模拟后进行引导式反馈,通过问卷评估模拟急症场景模拟演练与学习的效果。结果接受情景模拟联合引导式反馈教学的基层医生中,多数认为课程的教学内容丰富(97.39%),理论教学和模拟教学分配时间的比例较好(87.83%),能通过实操模拟提高急症实操能力(80.00%),提高学员形成临床思维的能力(97.39%),注重对学员学习方法的引导(88.70%),提高实施临床急症的自信心(93.04%)。结论运用情景模拟联合引导式反馈教学的培训模式,能有效催化学习者的学习内驱力,积极促进学习者急症临床思维处理能力建立,调动学习者的学习热情,提高培训质量,使基层就医患者获益,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation combined with guided feedback teaching in the training of primary first aid ability in general practice.Methods 120 primary doctors of general practice in Loudi Central Hospital of Hunan Province from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the three first-aid teams,simulated equipment and real scene reconstruction were used,guided feedback was carried out after scenario simulation,and the effect of simulated emergency scene simulation exercise and learning was evaluated by questionnaire.Results Among the primary doctors who accepted the combined guided feedback teaching of scenario simulation,most of them believed that the teaching content of the course was rich(97.39%),the proportion of time allocated between theo-retical teaching and simulation teaching was good(87.83%),and the practical operation ability of emergency patients could be improved through practical operation simulation(80.00%),and the ability of students to form clinical thinking could be improved(97.39%),pay attention to the guid-ance of students'learning methods(88.70%),improve the implementation of clinical emergency self-confidence(93.04%).Conclusion The training mode of scenario simulation combined with guided feedback teaching can effectively catalyze learners'learning drive,actively promote the establish-ment of learners'clinical thinking and processing ability in emergencies,mobilize learners'learning enthusiasm,improve training quality,and benefit grassroots medical patients with significant application value.
