口腔医学生心肺复苏知识现状及培训方案研究

摘　　要：目的分析口腔医学生心肺复苏知识现状及相应的培训方案。方法选取2021年3月至2022年6月山东医学高等专科学校口腔医学系2020级100名口腔医学生作为研究对象,分析所有医学生心肺复苏知识了解现状,调查口腔医学生心肺复苏教学方式喜好,并提出相应的培训方案。结果口腔医学生对心肺复苏等急救知识与急救技能的评分为(6.38±1.57)分。口腔医学生针对中风、癫痫等疾病的了解程度比较低,对煤气中毒、中暑、烧伤烫伤等疾病的急救知识了解程度比较高。100例医学生中,有96名医学生认为有必要学习心肺复苏相关知识。结论从口腔医学生心肺复苏知识现状来看,医学生的知识掌握程度并不高,但大部分医学生均愿意参与心肺复苏急救知识培训,在培训方案选择方面,比较倾向于根据自身实际情况开展相应的培训方法,增强培训效果。Objective To analyze the knowledge status and training program of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for stomatological students.Methods A total of 100 students of grade 2020 in the Department of Stomatology of Shandong Medical College from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of all medical students understand the present situation analysis,and in-vestigation of oral medical students cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching methods,and put forward the corresponding training plan.Results Sto-matological students scored(6.38±1.57)scores on first aid knowledge and skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Stomatology students have a low level of understanding of stroke,epilepsy and other diseases,and a high level of understanding of first aid knowledge of gas poisoning,heat stroke,burns and other diseases.Among the 100 medical students,96 medical students considered it necessary to learn about cardiopulmonary resus-citation.Conclusion In terms of the current situation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of stomatological medical students,the knowl-edge of medical students is not enough,but most of them are willing to participate in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge,in terms of training program selection,they tend to carry out corresponding training methods according to their own actual situation to improve the train-ing effect.
